Niecon Plaza was opened in 1990 and is situated conveniently on the beautiful Broadbeach Mall within walking distance of the beach and parks. Broadbeach has become the place to be and ‘be seen’ for fashion & dining and Niecon Plaza is proud to be part of the Broadbeach Community.

The shopping experience and nightlife at Niecon Plaza is one of a kind but as you stroll through Niecon Plaza, you will note many special features like the huge atrium of multicolored stained glass featuring mystical symbols of ancient aboriginal art form and capture the romance of the Aboriginal Dreamtime.

One of the most spectacular features of Niecon Plaza is a bronze statue of the Man from Snowy River depicted in a down hill charge. The huge statue is set into a beautiful water fall made from 30 tonnes of carved opal. The Man from Snowy River poem by A.B. (Banjo) Paterson is on display near the statue for all to view.
